The Pack Pro Fight Team is a closed group dedicated exclusively to preparing competitors for the biggest stages in the world of MMA. Here, we train high-performance athletes from organizations such as UFC, PFL, ONE, and LFA — professionals who constantly seek improvement, accompanied by internationally recognized coaches.

At The Pack Pro Fight Team, we conduct a rigorous selection process, reserved only for athletes with active careers and a history of professional competitions.

Founder, Striking & MMA Head Coach

  • Coach Roger is a 5th-degree black belt in Kempo-MMA Blend, a former MMA fighter, and a lifelong martial artist. With over 30 years of experience owning a martial arts school, he has coached some of the world's top MMA fighters, from UFC Champions to emerging youth talents. Over the years, Coach Roger has honed his striking methods into a comprehensive MMA Striking System. He is one of the most experienced MMA coaches currently available.

Troy Worthen

Competitor & Pro Team Coach

  • Troy Worthen began wrestling at age 14, following his older brother, and built a strong career with over 400 matches, top-five finishes at the high school level, and NCWA Conference Champion and All-American honors at the University of Central Florida.

    He made his professional MMA debut in 2015, went undefeated at 4–0 on the regional circuit, and in 2018 joined the Evolve Fight Team, relocating to Singapore to train at an elite level. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt with a strong wrestling base, Worthen excels in grappling and aims to become a complete martial artist and a ONE Championship world champion.
