Book your 1-day free trial below by selecting the location, class, and date you would like to attend.

2 - Punch in
When you arrive at the gym, introduce yourself at the front desk and fill in the visitor form. Our staff will then guide you to the class and introduce you to the coaches.

Our assistant coaches will teach you a variety of fundamental techniques in a semi-private session, along with the main class.
